Medical and Dental Coverage
Eligibility
Must be a full-time Argus Connection, Inc. employee
Must have worked for a minimum of 90 days with Argus
Connection, Inc.
Note - 1099
and/or Corp-to-Corp personnel are not eligible.
Coverage begins on the first of the month following eligibility. Employee can
select the option to pay medical/dental premiums with a pre-tax dollar.

Holidays
Argus will provide selected holiday pay after 6 months of full time
employment for eligible W2 Argus Connection, Inc. employees.
Employees who make $50 per hour or greater, are 1099, or are
Corp-to-Corp personnel are not eligible for Argus Holidays.

Vacation
Eligible employees working full-time accrue 5 days of vacation during the second
year of service. Vacation time is accrued at a rate of one half day per month
and is not accrued in December or June. Employees who make $50 per hour or
greater, are 1099, or are Corp-to-Corp personnel are not eligible for Argus
Vacation days.
Vacation Time Accrual:
Vacation days are earned during the second year on a start date "anniversary" year
basis. The vacation days accrued in an anniversary year must be used by the
next anniversary day of the following year or will be forfeited. Therefore,
the maximum number of days that can be on the department records is 5 days.
Vacation Time Usage:
Eligible employees can take a full week vacation anytime during the second
year of service. In the second year, vacation can be used prior to earning
it, but if you leave Argus for any reason prior to earning what was taken
then the unearned balance will be deducted from your final check.
Employees must request advance permission from their supervisors prior to
taking vacation time. Additionally, they must follow any applicable client
procedures regarding vacation time requests.
Recognition
Argus has an aggressive awards program to make sure we recognize our star
performers based on our core values and customer performance.
The Silver Wolf Award
The Silver Wolf is the premier Award in Argus Connection and is awarded to
employees who demonstrate the Argus Core Values on a continuous basis. The
award comes with a Wolf Statuette and a pass to the annual
Awards Dinner.
The Wolf Pack Award
The Wolf Pack award is for employees who are noted for their teamwork and for
practicing one or more of the Core Values on a consistent basis. The Wolf Pack
comes with a plaque and a dinner for two.
The Leader of the Pack
The Leader of the Pack is a quarterly award for the employees that excel at
their assigned tasks. The Leader of the Pack receives a "night out on the town"
at Argus' expense.
